My Story

I am Tarma Shena "and things were not always this way…"

​

I remember a time when going out for a beer consisted of throwing on my sneakers and walking two blocks, hand in hand with my best friend. My biggest concern was if we locked the door on the way out and was the key in my pocket. 

​

I am a long way from that life. This, now that I live, was chosen by me and chose me all at the same time. It's a burden and a joy at the same time. I drove to town today, alone in my own head, and it occurred to me that in real life, Cinderella didn't go to the ball. Not because there are no such things as fairy godmothers and talking mice that will help you with your dress, but because it was just too much.

We, you and I, all live busy stressful lives. My goal is to take this one piece, dog ownership, and turn it into the joyful experience that we all want it to be. A source of happiness and stress relief. 

A place to feel connected, needed, and loved the way I love my dogs.
