Strong Coffee

Coffee.

I like coffee, not just being caffeinated, I enjoy coffee.

Strong coffee.

Different flavors and brewing methods. I have a collection of different pots from around the world for making coffee. I even have a variety of fancy cups for certain espressos and other cultural brews.

Every once in a while life requires a course correction. People make the mistake of trying to make big changes and getting overwhelmed. Oftentimes small corrections can have the biggest impact.

As I was going through the grocery store with the list from my Mother, one of the things listed was coffee, instant coffee.

That’s not a typo. I’ve been buying instant coffee because it’s “quicker” and I don’t have a lot of time most days.

I didn’t buy coffee. I have enough coffee at home to drown a horse, probably several. Does it take more time to brew good coffee than it does to heat water for instant.

Not really.

Enjoying it is another matter entirely. You don’t take the time to make good coffee and then slurp it down and head out to do chores.

That’s where the course correction comes in. Not a big one, just enough time to enjoy a cup of coffee.
