The Face of Stress

This is the face of stress...

Ok, not really, but I was told it is.

And that is what is wrong with the internet today, so many opinions that our brains cannot sort out the contradicting information coming at us on a constant basis.

We have not evolved to handle the environment we are living in because our environment is evolving so fast.

Did you know it took Homo Sapiens one hundred and ninety thousand years to go from stone axes to cave art. 190,000 years to go from tools to abstract. Not exactly winning any races there.

But in just my lifetime, we have gone from rotary phones to artificial intelligence.

Add in the fact that we are not capable of accepting correction or dissention in any way and you get to where we are today.

Truth is not defined by science but by popularity.

I just read the most incredible post, lady looking for help with potty training her dog. She did not state its age, but she did provide a picture, this was a dog not a puppy.

The comments proceeded to commiserate on the problems they had all had and they decided it was just a breed trait.

Because all of them had difficulties they decided it was the dogs fault. Since then I actually saw a comment on a different post that said, and I quote " I read that this is a breed trait." End quote.

It spreads like a disease.

People actually get angry with me when I ask them to provide supporting data.
